What's in a coffee machine?

It's agonising, scouring the world for the best possible coffee machine. Everyone has an opinion, everyone shares a different view. Well, our view is simple, we need the best, but it also needs to look good.


So, what's the answer, we hear you ask? What's our coffee machine? And why did we choose it?

What's crucial in extracting the oils from our finely ground freshly roasted coffee beans?


Our VisaCrem 3 head coffee machine has precise temperature moderation to deliver exactly the optimum temperature to relase the oils from the beans. It also has consistent and steady pressure control of around 10Bar which means that we can push the hot water through the coffee puck at the optimal rate to get that wonderful crema, to fully extract (but not over extract) a perfect espresso shot.


We've opted for the 3 head machine so that we can keep up a speedy service at busy times.


One final thing, don't worry, we've gone for the option in black, which looks a lot better than the green version above.
